How the Masterplan Has Evolved
Early masterplanning established the original development parcels and movement network.
The updated 2025 Initial Concept Masterplan (ICM) builds on this work, refining land uses, green spaces, infrastructure and district centres.
The ICM is a work in progress and will continue to be consulted upon, tested and refined before being fixed for delivery.

A range of technical studies have taken place to inform the latest masterplan. These include but are not limited to:

While further survey and appraisal work is required, it is considered that the Site is capable of being developed and there are no major constraints that cannot be addressed through design and mitigation.
